I'm in College now and I've never expected it as something fun and casual, I've always thought that it will all be serious and almost everyone would be by themselves and just be THAT serious about their own courses or studies. Because they always say to me that college is different from your elementary and your high school environment. Some also told me that I won't have any friends in college.
Everything of that is opposite of what I'm experiencing now and of what I have. Every bit of college life is actually fun and exciting. Even me taking my first ever midterm exam as a Frosh in DLS-CSB is exciting for me and is truly thrilling. Not to sound really boastful but I've made a lot of new friends, people of whom I'll trust during my college life. I'm very thankful for them being my friends and for accepting me as I am like my bestest buds back in high school.
College also taught me on how to be responsible and grade conscious unlike in my high school days. I'm just a bum who'll just study and take the exams and maybe pass or just fail. Unlike now, college taught me on how to cry on my failed tests and even cry when I am late in a class.
With everything that is new to me, of course I won't forget my memories of my high school days and even the friends that I made there.
There won't be a future if there won't be a present and especially the past.
